HELP!!! Kids losing their paid WeVideo accounts!

Today, I had my students rejoin our school WeVideo account because last month, they were all thrown out. I thought they were thrown out because of a google glitch our district had.

But, today… they were all thrown out again. Today, I just had them all sign back up and a couple hours later, they are all gone. What is going on? We are paying for 500 students but we’ve only added around 100 and they keep getting kicked out!!!

I can’t have the students rejoin everyday! I am beyond frustrated!
